User Characteristics: Introduction
Think of the users! There are many different users and tasks,
and they all look at GUIs in a completely different way:
- OS programmer
- Hotel reception
- Taxi office
- Lonesome surfer
- Bank cash machine
- Air-traffic controler
- The grandmother (-father)
- Children
There is no GUI that is good for everybody !
